Terms of Use

The rules of the road for this website.

Plain-language terms that cover use of the site and the estimate request flow. Project work is governed by the separate written agreement you sign with us.

Last updated · May 8, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.dinolandscapedesign.com and the estimate request flow operated by Dino Landscape Contractor Inc. (“Dino Landscape,” “we,” “us”). By visiting the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. The actual project work — pricing, scope, schedule, warranty — is governed by the separate written contract you sign before work begins.

1. Who we are and what we do

Dino Landscape is a licensed and insured landscape and hardscape contractor based in Weymouth, Massachusetts, serving Hingham, Cohasset, Plymouth, Scituate, Weymouth, Hanover, Norwell, and surrounding South Shore communities. The site exists to introduce our work and let homeowners request a free estimate.

2. Estimate requests are not contracts

Submitting the form on this site requests a conversation. It does not bind us to perform work, and it does not bind you to accept any quote we provide. A binding contract exists only after both parties sign a written agreement that defines scope, materials, schedule, price, and payment terms.

3. Information you provide must be accurate

When you submit a request, the contact information and project details you share must be your own and must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submissions that appear automated, abusive, or impersonating another person will be discarded.

4. Pricing and quotes

Quotes are prepared after an on-site walkthrough so we can confirm site conditions, material choices, and access. Until a contract is signed:

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Material costs may change if vendor pricing moves significantly between estimate and contract date.
  • Hidden site conditions revealed during construction (subsurface ledge, drainage issues, root mass, prior unpermitted work) may require a written change order before we proceed.

5. Project communication

If you submit a request, you consent to receive a follow-up call, text, or email from our office at the contact details you provided. We don't add you to a marketing list, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

6. Photographs of completed work

Unless your written project agreement says otherwise, we may photograph completed installations from the public side of the property and use those images on our website, social channels, and marketing materials. We never publish street addresses, owner names, or interior views, and we'll remove an image on request.

7. Intellectual property

Photography, copy, design, code, and the Dino Landscape name and marks on this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may share links to public pages and quote brief excerpts for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Republishing content, scraping the site, or using our images in your own marketing requires written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, abusive, or harassing requests
  • Attempt to circumvent the anti-spam verification on the form
  • Probe, scan, or test the site for vulnerabilities without written authorization
  • Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or republish content
  • Interfere with the site's availability for other visitors

9. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party services such as Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, and our Google Business Profile. Those services are operated by their respective companies and are governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimer

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. Project photos and copy describe past work and our typical approach, but do not guarantee any specific result on your property. Permits, code requirements, soil conditions, and other site-specific factors are addressed during the on-site walkthrough and reflected in your written project agreement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dino Landscape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or out of any pre-contract communication. Our total liability for the use of the site is limited to the greater of fifty US dollars ($50) or any fee you paid us through the site (we do not charge fees through the site). Liability for project work is governed by your signed contract, not by these Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from the site or these Terms will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, and you agree to that venue.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
